Studio 321 The Salon – Terms & Conditions
​By booking an appointment or receiving services at Studio 321 The Salon, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Appointments & Booking
All appointments are scheduled in advance through our booking system or directly with the salon. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service scheduled. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to show for an appointment without notice may result in being charged 50–100% of the service fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments. Prices are subject to change based on hair length, thickness, or service complexity.

4. Refunds & Redos
All services are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we may assess and offer an adjustment when appropriate.

5. Deposits
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

6. Children & Guests
For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services may be in the service area unless otherwise approved by staff. Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, medical treatments, or medications. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may risk the client’s health or the quality of the service.

8. Right to Refuse Service
Studio 321 The Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to follow salon policies.
​
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotions may not be combined unless stated.

10. Photography & Marketing
By receiving services, you may be photographed for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving services at Studio 321 The Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
